Dillen Hartley
Occupational Therapy, Clinic Owner

Dillen is a graduate of the University of Pretoria with a degree in occupational therapy. Dillen was born and raised in a gold mining town in South Africa. He moved to the United States in April of 1996. Dillen and his business partner, Niel Visser, started Advanced Therapy Solutions in 2003. Dillen and Niel manage and own five therapy clinics; two adult clinics and three pediatric clinics in Spartanburg and Greenville. Dillen enjoys teaching and mentoring students and other therapists. He is very motivated in building therapeutic alliances with team members, parents, and teachers. Dillen is passionate, dedicated, and motivated to serve as a husband, father, therapist, friend, leader and a child of God. Dillen lives with his amazing wife Miki and their three sons, Jakob, Austen, and Michael.

Kathie Duhon
Occupational Therapy

Kathie is a graduate from Purdue University with a B.S in Child Developments and Family studies. She then pursued her M.A in Occupational Therapy at University of Indianapolis. Kathie has been working with children of all ages and varying diagnoses for over 20 years. Kathie has extensive training with infants and children with neurological challenges. In addition, she also specializes in feeding birth to 3. Kathie lives in Greenville, SC with her daughter Reagan and their dog, Gracie. Kathie joined the ATS family in 2012.

Chris Davison
Occupational Therapy

Chris joined the ATS team in 2011 and is certified in Integrated Listening Systems and Interactive Metronome. Prior to completing the Occupational Therapy Assistant program at Greenville Tech, he studied percussion at Anderson University. In addition to providing occupational therapy services at ATS, he also teaches music at NoteAbility Music School in Greer. He lives in Simpsonville with his wife Jerri and their spunky little girl Eliza.

Emily Bollmann
Occupational Therapy

Emily is a graduate of Missouri State University with a B.S in Exercise and Movement Science. She received her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from Creighton University. She has experience working with clients of all ages; however, her passion lies in the treatment of children with sensory processing disorders and feeding difficulties. Emily enjoys participating and leading research for ATS and the OT field. She currently lives in Taylors, SC with her dog Charlie and enjoys traveling to see family and friends. Emily joined the ATS family in June of 2016.

Courtney Knox
Physical Therapy

Courtney is a graduate from Gannon University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Courtney relocated from Ohio to South Carolina in the fall of 2018. Courtney has experience working with patient populations ranging from birth to 22 years in a variety of pediatric settings, including; schools, outpatient, and homebased. Courtney’s passion lies within serving infants and medically complex patients. She lives in the Greenville area with her husband and their two dogs. She began working at ATS, Kids in November of 2018.

Jessica de Vos
Physical Therapy

Jessica is a graduate of the University of Florida. She received her B.S in Health Education and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Jessica has experience in pediatrics, adult acute care, and geriatric rehabilitation. She is a certified Brain Injury Specialist and an APTA credentialed clinical instructor. Jessica works with all ages. She enjoys helping kids of all ages transition into community based recreational play. You can find her at both of our Greenville locations. She resides in Greenville, SC with her husband, Soren and their son, Axel.

Lena McLeod
Occupational Therapy

Lena is a graduate of the Greenville Technical College COTA program. She was born and raised in Germany, where she obtained her occupational therapy degree. Lena moved to the US in 2008 and went back to school to become a licensed COTA. Lena has worked in a private clinic setting working with pediatric and adult populations, including a variety of disabilities. Lena enjoys working with patients across the lifespan. In her free time, you can find Lena spending time with her husband Nathan and their 2 children Emma and Elise. She began working at ATS, Kids in October of 2017.

Tracie Goldman
Occupational Therapy

Tracie attended Meredith College in Raleigh, NC where she received her BA in Psychology and International Studies. While in college, her interest and passion for working with children diagnosed with ASD was sparked. Tracie and her family moved to Spartanburg, SC where she taught 4K and related arts classes for 15 years. Along with teaching, Tracie became involved and worked as an ABA therapist for HOPE Reach. Tracie decided to return to school where she obtained her Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant degree from St. Catherine University. When she’s not working, Tracie enjoys spending time with her two sons and her cockapoo, Louie. Tracie has been working at ATS, Kids since August 2018.

Rebecca Holeman
Occupational Therapy

Rebecca is a graduate of North Greenville University with a B.S in Health Promotion and Wellness Exercise Science in 2016. She then went to the Medical University of South Carolina, earning her Masters of Occupational Therapy in 2018. Rebecca was born in Indiana. While her parents were missionaries, Rebecca lived in Bolivia, South America for 3 years. Her family landed in Mauldin, SC where she grew up playing sports, serving as a buddy at Miracle League Baseball, serving in her church, and working at a summer camp in Kentucky for both typically developing and special needs children and adults. Rebecca has 1 sister (her best friend), and currently lives in Mauldin, SC with her parents and their German Shepherd mix, Diamond. She began working at ATS, Kids in September 2018.
