Heather Brown, PTA, graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Greenville Technical College in 1998. Since graduation, she has had experience in various settings including acute, sub-acute, long term care, and inpatient rehab and has become a APTA Certified Clinical Instructor. She enjoys the outpatient post-surgical rehab setting with a special interest in shoulder injuries and has been employed with Advanced Therapy Solutions for almost five years.
Shellye Godfrey, OTR/L, CHT, CWS, received her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She has worked in a variety of in- and outpatient settings with over 30 years of experience, specializing in the hand/upper extremity. She is a certified hand therapist (CHT), certified wound specialist, and certified instructor in Tai Chi for Health through the Arthritis Foundation.
Niel Visser, PT, graduated from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa in 1994 with a Bachelor in Science in Physiotherapy. His education in South Africa was focused on a manual approach to musculo-skeletal disorders, with heavy emphasis on assessment (the Maitland Approach). He has worked in a wide variety of settings since arriving in the U.S. in 1995, and is co-owner of Advanced Therapy Solutions. Some of his certifications include Interactive Metronome, SaeboFlex and Workhab FCE format. He has a special interest in spinal conditions, pre- and post-operative, but also enjoys treating peripheral joint diagnosis including shoulder, knees and ankle joint conditions.
